Our experience at Woodmen Nissan was way better than what we were expecting going in. Conan was fantastic! He was upfront and honest from the beginning, which was appreciated. He didn't pressure us like typical salesmen do, was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We met with several different team members during our time there that worked with us to find what would work best for us and our budget. We ultimately left feeling good in my dream car!
We had a great experience with Woodman Nissan in 2009, a horrific one in 2016 (Bought elsewhere.) and a pretty good one in 2019. Pro Tip => before you start the buying process, do you homework with regard to the specific vehicle you want to buy, and what is a fair price to pay for it. Research all available dealers, and document everything. We reached out to numerous dealers along the front range. Either accidentally, or intentionally, Woodmen tried to mislead us about an identical Murano available at another dealership, claiming it was not as well equipped as the one we wanted to buy from Woodmen. We bought the 2019 SL AWD. Fortunately, I had a copy of the “sticker” and a written price offer, and Woodmen then agreed to match it. We gave Woodmen the benefit of a doubt, and bought the Murano from them at a fair price - several thousands of dollars less than their initial “best deal”.
Came in with a huge expensive repair for my car. Instead i went right up to Brad and asked for a new car asked me the intial questions and we were underway. Had talked to Patrick and before you know it. They both came out with great news. They made the task of getting a new car less stressful and so easy. Brad and Patrick have unique mustaches so the identity is unmistakable.
Came here for my second purchase and I will say Raymond C and Patrick the handle bar dude they were great . the process was painless Thanks guys
Great customer service
Woodmen Nissan knew exactly what I needed and waiting for financing was a breeze. Also, I was very impressed with the service department. The folks that work in the service department looks like they are engaged in their work. Not like at your corner 30 minute oil change store.
I wish I was in the market for a car right now. We had an issue with our Nissan's tires and the dealership that sold it to us (not this one) didn't give us the wheel lock for the nuts on our wheels. Usually, someone will charge you $10ish to strip them off and replace them with lug nuts. Not Woodmen Nissan. They did it in under 20 minutes at no charge. They wouldn't let me pay them. I know it's a small thing, but it will undoubtedly make me think of them first when I buy my next car.
The kind and friendly service agent who worked with my car was extremely professional and well-mannered and took care of me and even gave me a car wash He was very open with what needed to be done and fair with what should be done. That's why I go to Woodmen Nissan and not the other Nissan do the fact that the other Nissan Hounds you and Hounds you all the time.
