The service department was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me. Minimal wait time and they washed my car! They told me when my next check up would be and offered to schedule the appointment.

My husband and I want to thank Debbie Oberg for all the help she gave us on March 9th 2017. We were told one thing by the then Finance Mgr about the Paint Warranty we bought when signing our papers. When we took our car in for service we were told oh no that does not cover paintdings. We were very upset. My husband happened upon an office with a nice lady. Her name was Debbie Oberg. He told her our story and she went to work for us to get us something done. She got our car buffed so that some of the dings didn't show and it looked just like a brand new car. She then told us about getting a paint tube to touch up the rest so that we could fix it ourselves. She is a great representative for your dealership. She made us feel wonderful and that you were doing everything possible to make us happy. If only more of your employees could be like her. We want to thank her and the Dept that did the buffing for us while we waited. We will now tell all our friends and relatives what a great dealership u have. Thank you again. Paul and Barbara Carter

My husband and I bought a new Rouge in October. When we were signing the paperwork with the Finance Manager he talked us into purchasing a Exterior pain guarantee for the car and said if we are parked in a store parking lot and someone opens their door and dings our car it will pay to have it fixed. We made an appointment with the service Dept for Thursday March 9th to bring it in for these repairs. When we got there, the service writer told us oh no that does not include paint repairs. Needless to say we were very upset that this was the case and my husband went to one of the Finance people and were told my him there was nothing they could do. He finally went further and found a lady in an office somewhat in the back. He told her our Story and she went to work for us. Her name is Debbie Oberg. What a jewel she is. She found our file and explained what the warranty was really for. She went beyond her job and got our car buffed where some of the dings were. She also told us about ordering a tube of paint to match our car color so we could touch it up. She came back to us many times to update us as to how our car was being serviced. We cannot say enough about Debbie. The dealership should be so proud to have her as an employee and representing them to the customers. If only all your employees could be like her. Our car looked brand new and we were so pleased with the job that Dept did for us. We will not hesitate to recommend your dealership to all our friends and relatives. Paul and Barbara Carter

One of the best car buying experience I've had. Matt was awesome and definitely kept it real. Thanks to Matt, Roger, and Dan I was able to get a brand new car. I will definitely go back to Woodman Nissan and refer everybody looking for a car to them.
