I recently got a car oil change on a Sunday at Woodmen Nissan. I appreciated the fact that they are now open on Sundays. My oil change was fast and efficient. They even washed my Nissan Sentra. The service was outstanding. They had me back on the road in time to watch the Broncos. It was a great experience! I'm so glad they are open on Sundays. I travel a lot and sometimes only have time to run errands like this on Sundays!

Leroy is a very friendly and patient salesman. We bought a car from him in January and liked him so much specifically went back to him again for our recent truck purchase and we weren't disappointed the second time either. We will continue to shop for cars through Leroy as we are super satisfied for the second time in a row. We can't go without giving Brad (sales manager) a shout out. He also was very instrumental in this purchase. He was understanding and patient too. I am pretty sure he wanted us to jump off a cliff at one point but never showed it and was amazing the entire time. I would like to point out however, the detail department here absolutely sucks. Again 2 cars in less then a year have gone through there and still find things just laying under the seats showing they don't do their job or don't do it well. It's kind of a shame such amazing people on the front end and people on the back end half xxx it. Overall, still pleased enough to go back because of Leroy however.
I was very satisfied with the service I received at Woodmen NISSAN. For the last month I was there twice. Great experience from start to finish! Fast, efficient . Highly recommend! The price for oil change turned out to be the lowest in the city. They even washed my car after the work was done. I will definitely visit this service place again. I love my Nissan Murano but it needed new tires and an alignment, I like going to Woodmen Nissan because they give excellent customer service but also have fair prices for parts and labor...I really like that my service adviser Joey kept me informed of what was happening during my service appt while waited in the lobby for my car to be done. I'll be back soon for my oil change...thanks guys!
Outstanding Service ExperienceI took my 2006 Pathfinder for a routine maintenance. I had noticed a sound that seemed like a belt idler bearing might be going bad. Josh Hill and German Macias immediately identified that my timing chain was going bad and would eventually cause a massive engine failure. They suggested the repair along with a quote. In doing research, I found this was a common failure at that mileage The quote they gave me was extremely competitive and they were able to get me in the shop quickly along with a loaner vehicle. The work was done perfectly and under budget. I work for one of the largest truck dealerships in the nation and can identify quality when I see it. German and Josh are top notch at their trade.
